You do not need a complete technical file to contact GoCertify. Start with the information you have, and we will explain what else is needed after reviewing your product.
For your initial enquiry
Please share:
  • Product identity: Product name, brand and model number, including any variations.
  • Intended use: What the product does, where it will be used and who will use it.
  • HS code: Your existing or proposed code, if known.
  • Photographs: Clear images of the product, its labels and packaging.
  • Specifications: Available datasheets, material details or technical specifications.
  • Shipment timing: Your preferred completion timeline and expected shipment arrival in Saudi Arabia.
Supporting documents, if available
Existing test reports, certificates, user manuals and factory quality-management certificates may help our review. Share documents that relate to the actual product and models in your enquiry.
For electrical products, include available power ratings. For chemical products or products containing hazardous substances, include any available Safety Data Sheets.
Will every document be required?
No. The required documents depend on the product and the applicable certification route. We will explain which documents are relevant, whether further evidence is needed and the next steps for your application.
How should I send my documents?
Attach relevant files to the website enquiry form or email [email protected]. For large or particularly confidential files, contact us first to agree a suitable transfer method.
Only share information you are authorized to provide. Please exclude passwords, payment-card details and unrelated personal information.
Our team will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry.
